Last week we had a problem with our air conditioner,
which turned out to be a clogged drain line. Brian corrected the problem
temporarily but recommended an overall maintenance check. We agreed and
one was scheduled for today (Wednesday, September 27, 2000). When someone
called to tell us "Marie" was on her way we were more than a little
surprised to know that our maintenance "man" was a woman. She came: went
about her job quickly, efficiently and enthusiastically, and we can't say
enough nice things about her. You have an employee who is a credit to your
company and certainly leaves a nice impression. I'm sure your customers
tell you when things are not done right, we thought you should know when
