Two annual Precision Tune-ups / Professional
Cleanings (3 the 1st Year). Each Precision Tune-up and
Professional Cleaning takes a minimum of 1 1/4 hours and can take up to
2 hours, depending on the age and condition of your equipment. Coils are
chemically cleaned. Tune-ups may be scheduled at your convenience Monday
through Saturday.

Never an overtime charge for after hours, weekends,
or holidays. Normal service hours are 7:30 A.M. to 7 P.M. Monday
through Friday and 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. on Saturday. If you should have a
mechanical breakdown after normal hours our customer service
representatives will put you in direct contact with a professional
service technician who is trained for repairs on all makes and models.

15% discount on parts and labor -- should you
require a service call for a mechanical breakdown.

Priority customer service. Your service call
will be put ahead of others who do not have a maintenance agreement.
(This is very important in very cold or very hot weather.)

Energy savings and longer equipment life.
Manufacturers recommend a proper maintenance program (a professional
tune-up) to validate their warranty, utility companies believe a clean
system is more efficient, so it makes sense to protect your investment.
